On March 8, 2021, came into force Order no. 257/2021 for completing the Order of the Minister of Health no. 1,030 / 2009 regarding the approval of the sanitary regulation procedures for the projects of location, arrangement, construction and for functioning of the objectives that carry out activities with risk for the health condition of the population.

The upper-name order regulated the validity of the sanitary permit issued for hospital care activities, which will be extended until December 31, 2022.
